1. Service Agreement

VOLT PC's ("we", "our", "us") provides on-demand PC technical services in Dubai, UAE through our network of verified technicians and partner shops.

• Services include PC assembly, hardware upgrades, diagnostics, cleaning, and custom builds
• All services subject to technician availability and confirmation
• Estimated service durations are approximate and may vary
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

2. Booking & Payment

Deposits:

• A deposit (typically 50% of service fee) is required to confirm booking
• Deposits are processed securely via Stripe
• Remaining balance due upon service completion
• All prices displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)

Promo Codes:

• Valid only for services specified in promotion terms
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
• Subject to usage limits and expiry dates
• VOLT PC's reserves right to modify or cancel promotions

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• 24+ hours notice: Full deposit refund
• Less than 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited
• No-show: Deposit forfeited and service fee may apply
• Rescheduling: Free up to 24 hours before appointment
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

4. Service Limitations & Liability

Disclaimer: VOLT PC's provides services "as is" without warranty of any kind.

• We are not liable for pre-existing hardware defects or failures
• Data backup is customer's responsibility before any service
• Maximum liability limited to service fee paid
• Not responsible for third-party parts purchased separately
• Service quality guaranteed; redo available if unsatisfactory

5. User Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Ensure safe technician access to service location
• Back up all data before service
• Pay remaining balance upon service completion
• Not use platform for illegal purposes

6. Partner & Technician Terms

Partners and technicians agree to:

• Maintain professional service standards
• Complete background verification process
• Pay platform commission as agreed
• Protect customer data and privacy
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by VOLT PC's. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai
• Both parties agree to good faith negotiation first

9. Account Termination

VOLT PC's reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment
• Abusive behavior toward staff

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
